Tantalus Resort Lodge offers many of the Whistler village hotel amenities you’ve come to expect.
While you are located just a 5 minute walk from endless dining and shopping options in Whistler Village, back at the property you will find a full selection of year round and seasonal amenities for you and your family to enjoy.
Policies & Information
Parking
The Tantalus has covered parking for vehicles under 6’6” in height. Over height parking is available, however stalls are limited. The cost per night is $25 + tax per night per vehicle for all parking on-site. For vehicles with trailers or buses, please contact the hotel prior to your stay to arrange offsite parking.
Pet Policy
All dogs, big and small are welcome at the Tantalus! There is a pet charge of $40 per stay/room. (If your stay exceeds 5 nights, then an additional $40 will apply.)
Check In / Check Out
Check in time is 4:00pm and check out time is 11:00am. If you require an early check in or late checkout, please contact our Guest Services department to make arrangements prior to your arrival.
Please note that late departures may be subject to additional charges.
For hotel guests, luggage storage is available at no additional fee.
Swimming Pool, Hot Tubs, Dry Sauna
Hours of operation 9am to 9:30 pm.
Complimentary Ski Shuttle
For your convenience, we operate a complimentary ski shuttle daily from 8:00am to 11:30am and 1:30pm to 4:30pm daily. (Times may vary slightly depending upon the hours of operation of the Mountains). Exact times will be posted at the front desk. NOTE: The Ski Shuttle Service only operates during ski season (November thru April).

All deposits taken are non-refundable.
Jan 3, 2024 – Apr 30, 2024:
Full payment due 14 days prior to arrival.
May 1, 2024 – Nov 20, 2024:
Full payment due 3 days prior to arrival.
Nov 21, 2024 – Dec 19, 2024:
Full payment due 14 days prior to arrival.
Dec 20, 2024 – Jan 4, 2025:
Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
Jan 5, 2025 – Apr 30, 2025:
Full payment due 14 days prior to arrival.
Wifi / Internet
Complimentary Wireless Internet access is available in all guest suites. To obtain access, please contact Guest Services to obtain an access code.
Occupancy
The maximum occupancy of our 1 Bedroom Suites are 3 people. The maximum occupancy of our Standard 2 Bedroom Suites and Loft 2 Bedroom Suites are 4 adults plus 2 children. Our 2 Bedroom Bunk Bed Suites have a maximum occupancy of 4 adults plus 4 children. Rates quoted for our 1 Bedroom Suites are based on double occupancy unless otherwise stated. Rates quoted for any of our 2 Bedroom Suites are based on quadruple occupancy unless otherwise stated.
The lodge does not have cots available, however complimentary pack & play style cribs are available upon request.
