Cancellation Policies for 2011/2012:
Deposit Policy May 01, 2011 – November 16, 2011
Deposit: 1st night & tax is processed 3 days prior to arrival. This is non-refundable. Full payment is charged at check-in
Cancellation: If cancelled inside 3 days, one night room & tax is non-refundable. No refunds are issued for early departures.
Deposit Policy November 17, 2011 – December 15, 2011
Deposit: Full payment is taken 14 days prior to arrival. This is non-refundable.
Cancellation: If cancelled inside 14 days prior to arrival, full payment is non-refundable. No refunds are issued for early departures.
Deposit Policy December 16, 2011 – January 02, 2012
Deposit: Full payment is taken 45 days prior to arrival. This is non-refundable.
Cancellation: If cancelled inside 45days prior to arrival, deposit is non- refundable. No refunds are issued for early departures.

Deposit: Full payment is taken 14 days prior to arrival. This is non-refundable.
