Cancellation Policies for 2012/2013:
Deposit Policy May 01, 2012 – November 15, 2012
Deposit: 1st night & tax is processed 3 days prior to arrival. This is non-refundable. Full payment is charged at check-in
Cancellation: If cancelled inside 3 days, one night room & tax is non-refundable. No refunds are issued for early departures.
Deposit Policy November 16, 2012 – December 20, 2012
Deposit: Full payment is taken 14 days prior to arrival. This is non-refundable.
Cancellation: If cancelled inside 14 days prior to arrival, full payment is non-refundable. No refunds are issued for early departures.
Deposit Policy December 21, 2012 – January 5, 2013
Deposit: Full payment is taken 45 days prior to arrival. This is non-refundable.
Cancellation: If cancelled inside 45 days prior to arrival, full payment is non-refundable. No refunds are issued for early departures.
